Disability pensions with child disability pension (Art. 21, 22)

  1. Those persons who are entitled to a full or partial disability pension are those who are receiving a Federal IV disability pension, provided that at the start of their entitlement to said pension they were members of the Pension Fund and are at least 40% disabled.
  2. The entitlement to benefits begins once inability to work has existed uninterrupted for 24 months.
  3. The annual disability pension for full disability amounts to 70% of the insured salary.
  4. Members who can claim a disability pension are entitled to a child disability pension for all those children who could claim an orphan's pension in the event of his/her death.
  5. The child disability pension amounts, per child, to 20% of the member's own annual disability pension.
